<h1>Customs Commissioner Appointed to Adjudicate Show Cause Notice Issued by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Jawahar Customs House, Nhava Sheva, to also serve as the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, and the Commissioner of Customs at Customs House, Kandla. This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to a company in Ahmedabad. The notice was issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, on May 25, 2004.
