of <h1>Senior Citizens Savings Scheme Rules Amended: Verification Now Allows Oath Commissioner or Notary Public in Annexures II & III.</h1> The Central Government has amended the Senior Citizens Savings Scheme Rules, 2004, by introducing the Senior Citizens Savings Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2011. Effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, the amendment modifies Annexures II and III to Form F. Specifically, it adds the words 'or Notary Public' after 'Oath Commissioner' under the VERIFICATION heading in both annexures. This change allows verification by either an Oath Commissioner or a Notary Public.
