of <h1>India Withdraws Draft Rules for Companies Dematerialization of Certificates After Consultation with Law Ministry</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, considered issuing the Companies (Dematerialization of Certificates) Rules, 2011, and sought comments and recommendations by June 30, 2011. After examining the matter in consultation with the Law Ministry, it was decided to withdraw the draft of these rules. The notification was communicated to all Regional Directors, Registrars of Companies, and stakeholders. The E-Governance Cell was requested to publish this notification on the Ministry's website.
