of <h1>India Revises Tariff Values for Brass Scrap and Poppy Seeds Under Customs Act 1962; No Change for Palm Oils, Soyabean Oil.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 71/2011-CUSTOMS (N.T.), amending Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.). This amendment revises the tariff values for certain goods under the Customs Act, 1962. The updated table specifies that the tariff values for Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, other Palm Oils, Crude Palmolein, RBD Palmolein, other Palmolein, Crude Soyabean Oil, Brass Scrap, and Poppy Seeds remain unchanged, except for Brass Scrap and Poppy Seeds, which are set at $4365 and $2290 per metric tonne, respectively.
