of <h1>Commissioner of Customs Kandla to Adjudicate Cases for Nhava Sheva, Mumbai, Jamnagar, Goa per Notification No. 51/2004-Customs (N.T)</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs from Custom House, Kandla, to also serve as the Commissioner of Customs for Nhava Sheva, Mumbai, Jamnagar, and Goa. This appointment is for the adjudication of specific cases related to a Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Subhalaxmi Exports, Ahmedabad, and others. The notice was issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, on August 19, 2003. This notification is effective from April 20, 2004, under Notification No. 51/2004-Customs (N.T).
