of <h1>Commissioner at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for customs case under Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.).</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import) at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Maharashtra, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This appointment is for the adjudication of a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, concerning a case involving M/s Jaldhara Cotspin Pvt. Ltd., M/s Garg Woolen Mills, and others. This order is in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and is effective from September 14, 2011.
