of <h1>Implementation of Special Economic Zone Postponed to May 1, 2004, per Notification No. 46/2004 - Customs (N.T.)</h1> The implementation of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) has been postponed to May 1, 2004, as per Notification No. 46/2004 - Customs (N.T.) dated March 31, 2004. This amendment changes the previous notification No. 43/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated July 22, 2003, which initially set the implementation date for April 1, 2004. The amendment was made under the authority granted by section 126 of the Finance Act, 2002, and was issued by the Central Government's Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
