of <h1>India Updates Customs Tariff Rules: Cambodia Added to ASEAN Preferential Trade Agreement, Effective August 1, 2011.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 52/2011-Customs (N.T.), amending the Customs Tariff Rules, 2009, concerning the determination of the origin of goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between ASEAN member states and India. Effective August 1, 2011, this amendment adds the Kingdom of Cambodia to the list of countries in Annexure IV of the original rules. This amendment is part of a series of updates to the original rules published on December 31, 2009, and subsequently amended on several occasions.
