The Central Government, exercising powers under the Companies Act, amends the National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards' composition by substituting at serial number (4) the prior entry naming Shri Dhananjay V. Joshi, President of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, with an entry naming Shri Chandra Wadhwa as President, thereby updating the committee's membership in the earlier notification.
