of <h1>Deadline Extended: File Documents Without Digital Signatures Until September 15, 2006; Mandatory DSC Filing Thereafter Via MCA21.</h1> The Ministry of Company Affairs has extended the deadline for companies to file documents without using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) from July 31, 2006, to September 15, 2006. After September 15, 2006, all filings must be submitted using the MCA21 system with digital signatures from authorized personnel. No further extensions will be provided beyond this date. Companies and professionals are advised to obtain Class 2 or higher DSCs before the deadline to ensure compliance.
