of <h1>Companies (Amendment) Act, 2002 Effective February 6, 2003, per Ministry Notification Under Section 1(2)</h1> The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2002, has been officially set to come into effect on February 6, 2003, as per the notification by the Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs. This decision was made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was published in the Gazette of India on February 5, 2003, and issued by the Joint Secretary of the Department.
