of <h1>Duty Drawback Benefits Withdrawn for Steel Items under Chapter 72, Serial Numbers 72.01 to 72.13 Effective March 27, 2004.</h1> The Central Government has withdrawn duty drawback benefits for certain steel items under Chapter 72, specifically serial numbers 72.01 to 72.13, from the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1995. This amendment modifies the previous notification from April 1, 2003, and will take effect on March 27, 2004. The decision was made in the public interest and is detailed in Notification No. 29/2004 - Customs (N.T.).
