of <h1>Central Government raises salary thresholds in Companies Rules, 1975: Clause (a) to 3L, Clause (b) to 25K.</h1> The Central Government has amended the Companies (Particulars of Employees) Rules, 1975, under the Companies Act, 1956. The amendment, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, revises financial thresholds in rule 1A. Specifically, in clause (a), the salary threshold is increased from one lakh forty-four thousand to three lakhs. In clause (b), the threshold is raised from twelve thousand to twenty-five thousand.
