of <h1>Financial Companies Exempt from Companies Act Section 58A, Except Ad Requirements, per RBI and Central Government Notification.</h1> The Central Government, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, has issued a notification exempting all classes of financial companies from the provisions of section 58A of the Companies Act, 1956, except for advertisement requirements under clause (b) of sub-section (2). This exemption applies to financial companies defined as non-banking financial institutions under section 45-I of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
