of <h1>New Procedures for Filing Interlocutory Applications Under Section 13(1) of Sick Industrial Companies Act, 1985 Announced</h1> The Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction establishes procedures for filing interlocutory applications under Section 13(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985. Applications must be submitted in triplicate, signed by the applicant or attorney, and supported by an affidavit with proof of advance notice to respondents. They must be indexed, include relevant documents, and a power of attorney if necessary. Applications should list the names and addresses of all parties involved. Impleadment petitions require advance notice to those proposed to be impleaded. These procedures take effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
