of <h1>Central Government Sets March 31, 2009, as Effective Date for Key Sections of LLP Act 2008 Implementation</h1> The Central Government, exercising its authority under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, has designated March 31, 2009, as the effective date for the enforcement of specific sections of the Act. These include Sections 1, 2 (excluding clauses (c) and (u) of sub-section (1)), Sections 3 to 30, Section 31 (excluding its application to the 'Tribunal'), Sections 32 to 50, Section 51, Sections 52 to 54, Sections 59 to 62, Sections 63 to 65, Sections 66 to 71, Sections 74 to 80, and Section 81 (excluding certain clauses). The First Schedule is also included.
