Commencement of LLP Act provisions: specified sections and schedules are appointed to come into force by government notification. The Central Government, exercising powers under sub section (3) of section 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, appoints a specific date as the commencement date for specified sections and the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules of the Act, bringing those provisions into force by government notification.
