of <h1>United Stock Exchange of India recognized under Section 43(5)(d) of Income-tax Act; must report monthly data to authorities.</h1> The United Stock Exchange of India Limited has been recognized as a stock exchange under Section 43(5)(d) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, effective from the notification date. It must maintain and submit monthly data on modified client code transactions to the Director General of Income-tax (Intelligence) in New Delhi. The recognition may be withdrawn if conditions in Rule 6DDA are violated. This notification remains valid until approval by the Securities and Exchange Board of India is withdrawn, expires, or is rescinded by the Central Government as per Rule 6DDB.
