Mikado Realtors Private Limited proposed to establish a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for electronic hardware and IT services in Village Behrampur, Gurgaon, Haryana, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. Initially, an area of 11.033 hectares was notified for this purpose. The company later proposed to denotify 0.584 hectares of this area. The Central Government reviewed and accepted this proposal, reducing the SEZ area to 10.449 hectares. The denotification is executed under the relevant provisions of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.
