Extension of SEZ approvals: Board may grant further limited extensions on written request upon satisfaction of necessity. Amendment to Rule 19(4) authorizes the Board of approval to grant further extensions of approval periods upon a written request by the entrepreneur, provided the Board is satisfied that the extension is necessary and expedient; each extension is limited in duration and granted one at a time.
