of <h1>Customs Jurisdiction Expanded Nationwide per Notification No. 95/2010-Customs, Overriding 2002 Limits, Empowering Officers Across India</h1> The jurisdiction of the Commissioners of Customs, as outlined in notification no. 15/2002, is extended to cover the entire territory of India, as assigned by the Central Board of Excise and Customs. This amendment, issued under notification no. 95/2010-Customs (N.T.) dated November 12, 2010, allows specified officers to adjudicate cases across India. This change is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and modifies the previous notification dated March 7, 2002.
