This decision is made under the authority granted by the relevant section of the Act and corresponding rules. The appointments aim to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax in the administration of the Act. The notification was issued by the Finance (Revenue-I) Department and signed by the Additional Secretary, Ajay Kumar Garg.
