of <h1>Delhi Finance Dept Appoints Additional Commissioner for VAT Administration under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004</h1> The Finance Department of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has issued a notification dated September 8, 2010, regarding the appointment of officers to assist in the administration of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. Under the authority of the Lt. Governor, an officer has been appointed as an Additional Commissioner of Value Added Tax Inspector. This appointment is made under the powers conferred by the relevant sections of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act and Rules. The notification is issued by B.L. Sharma, Additional Secretary, on behalf of the Lt. Governor.
