of <h1>Corrigendum Amends Jurisdictional Reference in Customs Notification, Changing 'Valsad' to 'Vapi' Under Section 129A(2)</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. 49/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated 17.6.2005, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, corrects the jurisdictional reference in the document. Specifically, it amends the word 'Valsad' to 'Vapi' wherever it appears on page 15, line 40. This correction pertains to the jurisdiction of the Committees of two Commissioners of Central Excise for the purposes outlined in Customs Section 129A(2). The notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, and is dated 13th September 2010.
