<h1>Government De-notifies 15.2702 Hectares from Engineering SEZ in Ahmedabad, Reducing Total to 217.1409 Hectares</h1> The Central Government has de-notified an area of 15.2702 hectares from a proposed sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for the engineering sector at Village Rajoda, Taluka Bawala, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Initially, M/s. N.G. Realty Private Limited was granted approval for a 230-hectare SEZ under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. Previous notifications had designated 105.5602 and 96.3105 hectares for the SEZ. The de-notification reduces the SEZ's total area to 217.1409 hectares. The specified de-notified plots are listed with their respective survey numbers and areas.
