of <h1>SEEPZ Special Economic Zone Authority updates member list: Amar Kothari replaced by Premkumar Kothari per S.O. 1883(E).</h1> The Central Government has issued an amendment to the previous notification S.O. 569(E) dated 27th February 2009, concerning the SEEPZ Special Economic Zone Authority. This amendment, under the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005, modifies the member listed at Sl. No. 5. The name 'Shri Amar Kothari, MD, M/s Inter Gold (I) Pvt. Ltd.' is replaced with 'Shri Premkumar Kothari, Managing Director, M/s. Fine Jewellery (I) Ltd.' This change is documented in notification S.O. 1883(E) dated 30th July 2010, issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
