of <h1>Income Tax Notification: Section 80-IB(10) Excludes Certain Slum Developments in Mumbai's Development Control Regulation Scheme</h1> Notification No. 67/2010, dated August 3, 2010, issued by the Income Tax Board, pertains to the application of Section 80-IB(10) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. It designates the Scheme under Regulation 33(10) of the Development Control Regulation for Greater Mumbai 1991 as applicable for the purposes of this section, with specific exclusions. Slum developments in Category VII and those involving joint development of slum and non-slum areas under clause 7.7 are excluded. Any amendments to the Scheme must be re-notified. The notification takes effect from its publication date.
