of <h1>India Exempts Customs Duties on Philatelic Items for INDIPEX 2011 Exhibition in New Delhi, Valid Until February 18, 2011.</h1> The Government of India, under Notification No. 78/2010-Customs dated 27th July 2010, exempts certain goods from customs duties when imported for display or sale at the INDIPEX 2011, an international philatelic exhibition in New Delhi from 12th to 18th February 2011. The exemption applies to items such as postage stamps, philatelic covers, albums, and related accessories, provided they are certified by a designated officer from the Department of Posts. The notification remains effective until 18th February 2011.
