of <h1>Amendments to Income-tax Rules: Corrected Form References and Updated Transaction Reporting in Sixth Amendment Rules 2010.</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. 41/2010, dated 31st May 2010, issued by the Government of India's Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue (Central Board of Direct Taxes), makes several amendments to the Income-tax (Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2010. It corrects references on specific pages of the Gazette Notification, changing '(Amendment)' to '(6th Amendment)' and 'Form No. 12BB' to 'Form No. 12BA.' It also updates the heading from 'THROUGH CHALLAN' to 'THROUGH BOOK ENTRY' and adds a note allowing separate annexures for summaries of payments and receipts when multiple transactions occur in a quarter. Other contents remain unchanged.
