of <h1>Delhi Finance Dept Appoints Grade-II Officials as VAT Inspectors Under VAT Act 2004 & Rules 2005</h1> The Finance Department of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has appointed several Grade-II (DASS) officials as Value Added Tax Inspectors. This appointment is made under the authority granted by the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, and the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005. The officials will assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax in administering the Act. The notification lists 28 individuals by their official titles and dates of birth, who are appointed to these positions, effective upon assumption of their duties. The order is issued by the Additional Secretary on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor.
