of <h1>Govt. of India appoints Tughlakabad Customs official as Common Adjudicating Authority for DRI Jaipur Show Cause Notice.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 59/2010-Customs (N.T.) appointing the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This authority is empowered to handle matters concerning a Show Cause Notice related to a specific company and others, originally issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Jaipur. The appointed official will exercise powers and duties previously held by the Additional Commissioners of Customs at New Customs House, New Delhi, Nava Sheva, and the Air Cargo Complex at IGI Airport, New Delhi.
