of <h1>India Appoints Delhi-IV Commissioner as Common Adjudicating Authority for DRI Show Cause Notice Matters</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, issued Notification No. 58/2010-Customs (N.T.) on July 7, 2010. This notification appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Delhi-IV, Faridabad, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. The appointed authority is empowered to adjudicate matters related to a Show Cause Notice involving a company and others, as issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi. This authority covers the roles of Additional or Joint Commissioners of Customs at specific locations in New Delhi and Ghaziabad.
