<h1>India's Ministry of Finance Amends Customs Notification: New Designation for Commissioner of Customs, Tughlakabad, New Delhi.</h1> The Government of India, Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 41/2010-Customs (N.T.) amending Notification No. 72/2009-Customs (N.T.) dated 30th June 2009. This amendment changes the designation from 'Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Delhi' to 'Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi.' This change is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, by the Central Board of Excise and Customs.
