of <h1>Jaipur's Customs Commissioner Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Export Issues under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs in Jaipur as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This appointment, effective from May 14, 2010, grants the Commissioner the authority to adjudicate matters related to a show cause notice issued to a company and others. This notice, originally issued by the Additional Director of the Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, pertains to export-related issues. The notification supersedes a previous one dated April 7, 2014, and is enacted under the Customs Act, 1962.
