of <h1>Amendment to Special Economic Zones Customs Rules Changes Effective Date to January 1, 2004, Per Notification No. 108/2003.</h1> The Special Economic Zones (Customs Procedures) Regulations, 2003 have been amended by the Board under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, changes the effective date in regulation 1, sub-regulation (3) from '1st day of December, 2003' to '1st day of January, 2004.' This amendment is documented in Notification No. 108/2003 - Customs (N.T.), dated 29th November 2003. The principal notification was originally published on 22nd July 2003 and last amended on 14th October 2003.
