of <h1>Central Government Amends NOIDA SEZ Authority Composition, Replaces Phoenix Lamps MD with Sahasra Electronics MD.</h1> The Central Government has amended the notification S.O. 570(E) dated 27th February 2009, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The amendment pertains to the constitution of the NOIDA SEZ Authority. Specifically, the member listed at Sl. No. 5, previously named as the Managing Director of Phoenix Lamps Ltd., has been replaced with the Managing Director of Sahasra Electronics Pvt. Ltd. This change is formalized under notification S.O. 794(E) dated 8th April 2010.
