of <h1>Govt. appoints Common Adjudicating Authority for customs matters at Ludhiana's Container Freight Station under Notification No. 25/2010-Customs (N.T.).</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 25/2010-Customs (N.T.) appointing the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs at the Container Freight Station in Ludhiana as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This authority will exercise powers and duties for adjudicating matters related to a show cause notice involving a trading company and others. This notice was issued by the Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Ludhiana Regional Unit, concerning customs issues at the Inland Container Depot in New Delhi.
