Appointment of VAT inspector: officer designated to assist the Commissioner in administration of the Value Added Tax Act. The Lt. Governor, exercising the authority under Section 66(2)(a) of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act read with rule 47 of the Rules, appoints Arun Kumar Sharma as Value Added Tax Inspector to assist the Commissioner in administration of the Act, effective from date of assumption of charge, by notification of the Finance (T&E) Department.
