Nidhi Textiles and others. This appointment is made under the authority of Notification No. 37/2003-Customs (N.T.) and pertains to a case initiated by the Additional Director General, DRI, Ahmedabad. The notification is dated January 14, 2010, and aims to facilitate the adjudication process in this matter.
