        Customs tariff adjustment: specified percentage entries in an existing exemption notification are revised and substituted. Under sub section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, the Central Government amends Notification No.152/2009 Customs by substituting specified percentage entries in column (4) of the Table with revised percentage figures, the amendment being limited to replacing those percentage entries wherever they occur in the Table.
