of <h1>India Amends Customs Notification to Include Rajasthan and Kakrapar Atomic Power Projects in List 43</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 03/2010-Customs, amending Notification No. 21/2002-Customs dated March 1, 2002. This amendment, made under the Customs Act, 1962, is deemed necessary in the public interest. It modifies List 43 of the original notification by replacing item (4) with details of the Rajasthan Atomic Power Project Units 5 and 6 (440 MW) and Units 7 and 8 (1400 MWe) at Rawatbhata. Additionally, it introduces item (6) for the Kakrapar Atomic Power Project Units 3 and 4 (1400 MWe).
