Governor Authority.</h1> The notification announces the appointment of an individual as the Commissioner of Value Added Tax for the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This appointment is made under the authority of the Lt. Governor of Delhi, in accordance with the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. The appointee will assume the role upon taking charge of the office. The notification is issued by the Joint Secretary of Finance and Planning and is to be published in the Delhi Gazette. Copies of the notification are forwarded to relevant government officials and departments for necessary action.
