<h1>Commissioner of Customs Appointed to Adjudicate M/s. Regular Exports Case in New Delhi Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and the Central Board of Excise & Customs, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication) in New Delhi to adjudicate a case involving M/s. Regular Exports, Ludhiana. This appointment follows the powers granted by Notification No. 37/2003-Customs (N.T.) under the Customs Act, 1962. The case, initiated by a Show Cause Notice issued by the Additional Director General, DRI, Delhi Zonal Unit, will be handled by the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication) at the New Customs House, New Delhi.
