<h1>Govt Approves Changes to IT SEZ in Bangalore: 2.45 Hectares De-notified, 1.91 Hectares Added, Total 18.8 Hectares</h1> The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued a notification regarding the establishment of a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for information technology and IT-enabled services in Village Kadubeesanahalli, Taluka Varthur Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka. M/s. Cessna Garden Developers Private Limited proposed changes to the SEZ, including the de-notification of 2.448578900 hectares and the inclusion of 1.912955466 hectares, resulting in a total area of 18.798441316 hectares. The Central Government has approved these adjustments, ensuring compliance with the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and related rules.
