of <h1>Rules 32, 33, 38-40 of LLP Rules 2009 effective May 31, 2009, per Ministry of Corporate Affairs notification.</h1> The effective date for the implementation of Rules 32, 33, and 38 to 40 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules 2009 is the 31st of May, 2009. This notification, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, follows clause (b) of rule (2) of Rule 1 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The rules were initially published in the Gazette of India on the 1st of April, 2009.
