Restoration of import policy for plastic waste: imports of plastic wastes and scraps governed by prior public notice. The Government has withdrawn intervening notifications and public notices and restored the prior regulatory regime: imports of plastic wastes, parings and scraps shall continue to be governed by the conditions set out in the earlier public notice under the Export and Import Policy framework.
