of <h1>Shree Shyam Shiksha Sansthan, Jaipur approved under Section 10(23C)(vi) for tax exemption from 2008-2009 onwards.</h1> The Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Jaipur has approved 'Shree Shyam Shiksha Sansthan, Jaipur' under Section 10(23C)(vi) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, as per Rule 2CA of the Income Tax Rules, 1962. This approval is effective for the assessment years 2008-2009 and onwards, provided the society adheres to the specified provisions of the Income-tax Act and Rules. The notification was issued on July 21, 2009, under reference number 05/2009-10 by B. S. Dhillon, Chief Commissioner of Income-tax.
