Specifically, raw rubber and synthetic raw rubber, excluding preparations like master batches, are subject to a reduced duty rate of 60% ad valorem. This exemption applies to goods falling under specified headings in the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and will be effective from February 28, 1986.
