Additionally, the exemption applies to the Consulate General's telephones in Mumbai for Bahrain. The schedule is updated to include Libya, Singapore, Zimbabwe, Slovak Republic, Spain, Thailand, Burkina Faso, Philippines, Italy, Bahrain, and Indonesia. This amendment is enacted under section 93 of the Finance Act, 1994.
