This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to Show Cause Notices issued to two companies, KDH International and Monika Overseas, concerning a case initiated by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. The notices were originally issued on February 11, 2003. This notification is issued under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and is documented as Notification No. 29/2003 - Customs (N.T).
